Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in the overall development , maintenance and transformation/modernization of Frontend primarily in React serving the IBM Controller consolidation business.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The ideal skill set would be 2+ years experience building enterprise applications using React and other Javascript libraries/frameworks. Extremely comfortable with CSS, Build, Unit testing and performance improvements. Advantage to have exposure to migrating applications across libraries/frameworks.
- Experience with React
- Experience with adopting various Design Systems like Carbon, Bootstrap
- Experience with upgrading/migrating large scale applications across Javascript frameworks
- Experience with version control systems such as Github
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests and TDD principles.
- Experience with and knowledge of the nuances required in creating cross-browser web applications.
- Team leading and leadership experience
- Influencing skills
- Experience of having worked in global organizations will be an added advantage
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Exposure to migration of large scale systems to modern Front End.
