- 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- Experience with enterprise-wide/cross-functional project planning and execution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Law, Business, Compliance or a related field.
- Experience in compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks and with Google Common Infrastructure and Core.
- Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks is essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders and experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and experience in bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Ability to possess proactive mindset.
