Work on Total Rewards deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
Help improve our agile ways of working
Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience
What you bring
5+ years of work experience
Strong interpersonal skills & proficient communication skills in English
Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs

Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, EC Global Benefits
Professional experience & deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Incentive Planning, Remuneration Planning, Budget Calculation and Configuration
Preferred: Knowledge of EC, RBPs, Report Center, Business Rules, APIs
