Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in application solution and building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
Experience in designing and implementing financial planning and analysis systems.
Experience in working with database technologies, including standalone and cloud-based databases for data extraction using SQL queries and quantitative data manipulation.
Knowledge of software development, build, and deployment processes with the ability to work with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to use technical process analysis to translate business requirements into solution design.
Excellent investigative and communication skills with the ability to take action.
