Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• 5+ years of related business process analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related work experience.

• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

Additional skills in the following areas considered a plus:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry

• Experience with large scale merger and integration type projects

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data and process flows in a fabless and contract manufacturing environments

• An in-depth understanding and experience in semiconductor supply chain operations - planning, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, product lifecycle management, manufacturing and quality

• Strong partnership skills to design and architect scalable, efficient and flexible business designs, balancing people, process and systems, in collaboration with internal and external supplier, and cross functional teams

• Good understanding of ERP solutions e.g. Oracle, SAP

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and Qlikview

• APICS or similar Supply Chain Certification

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads highly complex analyses to identify where an issue has occurred and where process inefficiencies or gaps exist; performs cost/benefit analyses to improve support initiatives.

• Leads large business process improvement projects, including facilitating the process lifecycle, and defining deliverables; assists management to define deliverables for complex initiatives.

• Develops and recommends new or improved business processes, policies and system solutions.

• Writes clear and detailed documentation for highly complex processes.

• Writes functional specs capturing business requirements, Document user desktop procedures, Lead End User Training, Secure user support of new processes, and provide users process and systems training.

• Leads status meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, project teams, etc., and facilitate communication between user community and project teams.

• Makes impactful decisions as it pertains to highly complex issues that arise within one's own function; makes decisions for more junior analysts.

• Works with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate complex projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project.

• Provides advanced and comprehensive support of users, business systems, and applications that achieve business efficiency and productivity goals.

• Leads the effort to identify performance measures of process effectiveness, develop performance metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.

Level of Responsibility:

• Works independently with little supervision.

• Decisions are moderate in nature. Errors are detected and corrected with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships. May require involvement beyond immediate work group to correct.

• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.

• Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department. Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules and result in the re-allocation of some resources.

• Has a moderate amount of influence over key business process decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).

• Most tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.

• Substantial creativity is needed to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.

• Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.

• Occasionally participates in strategic planning within own area affecting immediate operations.

Pay range:

$101,500.00 - $152,500.00
