Your key responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end—such as monthly live webcasts, by working with key stakeholders to develop sessions from the ground up and coordinating logistics across teams. This includes facilitators guides, translation and Share Point content.
- Plan and execute training events, including scheduling, off-site accommodations, and on-site support.
- Oversee calendars and logistics for webcasts, in-person, and virtual sessions, ensuring recordings are captured as needed.
- Provide technical and logistical support before, during, and after sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
- Define learning requirements, monitor participation, and follow up through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage learner rosters and identify target audiences for programs.
- Liaise with virtual producers and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and administration.
- Lead debriefs with facilitators and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Compile and analyze learning reports, including CE credits and ad hoc data requests.
- Contribute to the measurement and enhancement of learning solutions, striving for best-in-class practices.
- Process invoices accurately and manage approvals.
- Coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, team updates, townhalls, and SharePoint content.
- Bring creativity, new ideas, and passion to all projects and programs to enhance learning experiences across the firm.

- Proficiency in English is required due to the national scope of the role; open to candidates across EY offices in Canada.
What we look for
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations that convey complex information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint
- Experience working with a LMS is an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
What we offer
The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $65,600 to $98,400. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
