This is a senior technical role as an architect for tools, flow, and methodology definition, development, manufacturing capability, testing capability and deployment for product engineering to enable seamless product execution. This role also requires breadth and depth hands on experience in both product and test engineering across pre-silicon and post-silicon phase for products build on advanced packaging.
- Architect, Develop and Deploy AI/ML based smart manufacturing flow (e.g. adaptive test) on industry tester platform (e.g. V93K, Teradyne) during NPI and Production Phase.
- Identify opportunities to optimize entire manufacturing test flow for PnP and Cost optimization. Build differentiating capabilities which can influence the test industry.
- Test Content and Module Development and Bring Up on tester across PVT which covers coverage, debug, qual and characterization.
- Involve in developing automation and infrastructure for ATE related execution such as pattern conversion flow, ATE characterization, files transfer, data feed forward, continuous integration/continuous development, etc..
- Co-engineering with OSAT in areas of Manufacturing Test Pathfinding, running proof-of-concept through test vehicles.
Work across boundaries with design team to define testability requirements such as DFX, DFM, etc. - Define manufacturing capabilities future need with close collaboration with design handoff to testability/manufacturability of the product.
- Strong understanding of product development needs from data analysis requirement, enablement, external data management (FTP from external (vendor/supplier)) into internal for AZURE development framework.
- Strong Knowledge of industrial standards such as STIL and implementation of solutions/tools to enable scalability and adaptability to industrial EDA solutions.
- Drive and adopt industrial standard in manufacturing tools/solutions/capabilities for easy translation both internal and external seamless without creating overhead for tester format conversion, convention, etc.
- Extensive interaction with OSAT by enabling test program results and data requirements for qualification execution from manufacturing perspective.
- Plan direct activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.
