JOB DESCRIPTION

As a you will provide support to the Canada and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Canada Regional General Manager and matrix to the Project Management Leader(s), you will lead project coordination and support to various Project Managers helping with various project tasks such as material ordering and tracking, vendor payments, project controls, amongst others. You will partner with the Project Controls Organization and Sourcing Teams to help lead escalation analysis and requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Material Ordering from Bill of Material (BOM)
  • Material Order Tracking - Provide updates to Project Managers/Project Manager Leaders, and Regional General Manager to enable enhanced forecasting (Say/Do), including shipment dates, cost application and revenue impact (AMERICAS) - Focal point for inventory coordination
  • Accountable for Return Material Authorization (RMA) Coordination, Returns and Credits
  • Work towards invoice resolutions for Purchase Orders
  • Reducing/Close-out of PO
  • Process manual vendor and sub-contractor payments and/or expedited payments
  • Review, process and address issues with customer and subcontractor(s) invoices
  • Subcontracts - Accountable to ensure the receipt of the appropriate Certificate of Insurance (COI) is filed in tool. Current and in compliance with HON and Client
  • Attend and Support the Canada Region on all Cash calls, and AFDA calls
  • Engage in the Current Cash Collection management processes
  • To be the point of contact with customers if the PM is on vacation or on leave
  • To support with project documentation and controls (RFIs, Site Instructions, quality manual, project execution plans, CCD’s, Change Orders, etc…)
  • To support with assigning resources in Cora Gantt chart and follow up with resource managers to assign resources in Cora
  • Other tasks and assignments as needed/required by the business.

Must Have

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business operations.
  • 2+ years of MS Office experience in a business environment
  • 1 + years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Canadian Citizen / PR
