WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of functional areas in Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors.
- Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to production.
- Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification, and production release phases.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Work with the software, hardware, and architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints.
- Deliver ASIC solutions and high-quality system products while aligning with product management and Architecture team requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
Who You'll Work With:As a Director of ASIC Technical Program Management you’ll be interacting with cross-organization functions, such as Software, System, Architecture, and Marketing teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or other technical field and an equivalent experience of 12+ years in the industry.
- Demonstrable experience in ASIC development or management.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or other technical field and 8+ years of experience of industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Program/Product management or Technical/Engineering management with proven leadership in delivering successful products.
- Prior experience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc.)
- Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA, and post-silicon validation.
