What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:

• Oversee and drive projects for the Europe Markets business to optimize revenues, expenses, capital usage, risk, European legal entity booking model and processes
• Manage and execute delivery towards projects on behalf of the Europe Markets business mainly with strategic and regulatory nexus
• Ensure and manage stakeholder engagement across legal entities and Franchise
• Assess and communicate requirements and dependencies (stemming from e.g. business strategy, legal entity governance, target operating model, booking model, BAU roles and responsibilities, regulation, accounting rules, other projects) and take these into consideration when designing project approach and in prioritization of delivery objects
• Assess and challenge status of projects and deliverables on an ongoing basis to ensure successful and timely execution and high quality delivery
• Raise and/or escalate concerns as appropriate
• Facilitate Senior Management engagement in the decision-making process where appropriate
• Prepare presentations and Senior Management updates on regular basis and ad-hoc when appropriate or requested

What we will need from you:

• This is not an entry level role, so you will need to have extensive experience in a similar role and have an understanding of and interest in Financial Markets
• Experience in managing projects and change initiatives with the ability to assess, simplify, prioritize and escalate appropriately
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to think long term/big-picture
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate globally across diverse groups
• Ability to work independently in a cross-border environment
• Proficiency in MS 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or relevant experience
• Master’s degree preferred
