Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls to clients each day.
- Ability to work with different systems, including Microsoft Office/ data entry
- experience working within high volume environment
- Authenticate client instructions by confirming validate authorized signatory and performing client callbacks validations.
- Record validations actions on the online product processor.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and Regulatory requirements.
- Provide Back-up support to Jersey City and India as daily volumes dictate.
- Ensure priority transactions are processed within standard timeframes.
- Gather and track activity volumes for MIS reporting.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to processing.
- Support O&T Ops Transformation initiative to reduce manual touch points by challenging the status quo
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated cash and trade operations experience & knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry
- Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience
