Help us build out a repeatable, efficient process to ensure our customers get the best possible experience when renewing their purchases with us. You’ll have an existing book of business to renew and work alongside an Inside Sales Rep to support existing customers and keep an eye out for expansion opportunities.
- Ensure high rates of retention across all product categories.
- Help us iterate the process as we scale out this role and define the best-practices
- Create lasting ties with existing customers securing high NPS and CS scores.
- Minimum quarterly check-ins with all customers to build trust and breadcrumb the renewal.
- Support new and experienced channel partners to maximise their output.

- Experience being a foundational member of a fast growing inside sales organisation.
- Fluent in German
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or renewals role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented within a strong, competitive team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
