You will work closely with engineering and product stakeholders to realize our ambitious product vision. You will get to work with Generative AI and other state of the art technologies to help build personalization and recommendation solutions from the ground up. You will be in the driver's seat to present customers with content they will love.Key job responsibilities* Collaborating with product and UX to translate product requirements to technical requirements.
* Design and build highly scalable systems operating at Amazon scale for serving these requirements.
* Partner with applied scientists and build ML and heuristics personalization solutions.
* Conduct A/B testing to increase customer engagement.
* Gain expertise in cutting-edge technologies and algorithms, particularly in Generative AI, to enhance our pursuit of creating a lovable streaming service.
* Build scalable data pipelines to collect various features.

Our goal is to present customers with content they love in one click. You will closely work with the product team to help us realize this vision. You will participate and lead design reviews to build innovative solutions comprising of ML as well as Generative AI backed solutions. You will closely collaborate with your and partner teams to help us navigate through highly ambiguous problems. You will get to work with junior engineers and mentor them and at the same time learn from your talented peers.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies
- Experience conducting A/B testing
- Experience working with product managers and UX
