The community is visited by 3 million users every month and is a virtual gathering place for employees, customers, partners, and developers where questions are answered, dialogue about software or industries is hosted, and various activities take place. The G&A team is part of the Ecosystems and Communities organization which, in addition to several Community focused teams, also includes the Developer Advocates team as well as a team dedicated to the SAP Learning site (learning.sap.com). The results of these analyses will be shared with stakeholder groups in product marketing, product support, and other stakeholder groups to drive relevant actions and optimizations in the community.

The right candidate will have a passion for discovering patterns and identifying problems in large data sets and working with multiple stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses of Community data to understand what’s driving trends and communicate these insights in a way that other teams can react to what’s happening.
