Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

1. In-depth domain knowledge in one or more areas and expertise in Healthcare and Medical Devices sector
2. Expertise in the following areas- Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence, Operations transformation and value creation to drive cost optimization and revenue acceleration across areas such as Procurement, Workforce Productivity, Indirect Spend Optimisation, Pricing, Revenue Cycle Management, Turnaround

3. Experience in handling large cross functional teams to drive transformation

4. Experience in solution design and development and go to market through proposal design

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

1. B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background)

2. MBBS+MBA also preferred

9 to 10 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed – Business transformation, Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in the Healthcare sector in India
