- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with developer or enterprise product offerings.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of climate change issues, greenhouse gas reduction strategies/protocols, and adaptation approaches.
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently with problem-framing skills, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate with technical management teams.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable goals and objectives that can be executed with a sense of urgency
- Metrics-driven with the ability to establish, measure, and track the effectiveness of critical/strategic programs, identifying process breakdowns and implementing solutions to address them along the way.
