What we are looking at is a person, who is well versed with delivery process and has worked at a capacity of monitoring and implementing the quality processes across projects.

The DEX team manager will interact with multiple senior stakeholders, across functions and geographies, and will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity. Constructively question current thinking and status quo.

Execute multiple tasks across the process management cycle, and maintenance. Perform regular reporting and analysis for key stakeholders. Identify risks to the business /program or project and escalate appropriately

Make timely decisions, based on the amount of information, and accepts responsibility for the consequences. Work with line management to define detailed value-focused solution options based on the opportunity and provide recommendations
