Job Summary
WA, Alaska, OR, Northern California, Nevada (excluding Las Vegas), Idaho
The OCNE will be accountable for conducting all activities in accordance with current regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Key Job Responsibilities
Build enduring relationships with PCT members within an assigned territory.
Able to use strategic questioning to uncover clinical insights from engagements to shape educational plans.
Educate PCTs on disease state awareness for appropriate patient identification.
Educate PCTs regarding on-label profile of products including but not limited to dosing, administration, and safety.
Deliver education to patients in patient advocacy and support group settings.
Demonstrate ability to communicate complex clinical topics to diverse audiences.
Participates in projects as identified by Area Associate Director or National Director.
Attend and/or deliver clinical information at national, regional, and local meetings.
Provide support at conferences through display and exhibits, as appropriate.
Performs all administrative requirements in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree (NP, PA)
5+ years post graduate oncology clinical and/or educational experience, required
Oncology/hematology experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferred
Experience with specialty products, preferred
Previous launch experience a plus
Ability to navigate and discuss complex clinical data, clinical trial experience a plus
Excellent presentation skills, required
Demonstrates critical thinking
Passion for the patient, required
Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must live in WA, OR, Northern CA, Idaho or Nevada or have the ability to relocate
