Key job responsibilities* Devise Strategy: Engage with Partner Solution Architects, Account Managers, Professional Services and Partners to define a Database & Analytics Engagement strategy for AWS operational territories and key partners.* Product Collaboration: Stay closely connected to the AWS database product teams and work closely with partners to launch new database capabilities as services are updated and enhanced.
* Thought Leadership: Provide global thought leadership on Database solutions that benefit customers through the use of AWS Services. This takes the form of contribution to external publications such as the AWS Blog, Whitepapers, reference architectures, and public presentations at AWS events and industry conferences.* Partner Evangelism: Evangelize partner value propositions internally across AWS and externally with customers, highlighting how they leverage AWS relational database services.
* Partner Enablement: Drive partner solutions, APN program attainment, and continuous enablement through training, certifications, and go-to-market strategies to differentiate and expand their database practice.

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
- Proven hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in implementing and operating Exadata and Oracle RAC-based solutions, including data warehouse architecture and database development.

- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Deep Oracle database expertise, demonstrating hands-on experience in managing enterprise-scale Oracle environments, including RDS for Oracle implementations, data modeling, performance optimization, and high availability solutions. Possess strong technical communication skills to effectively guide senior executives, developers, and architects while understanding enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements. Should have proven ability to architect Oracle database solutions for cloud-based analytics and business intelligence workloads, with expertise in database migration, integration patterns, and best practices for Oracle on AWS.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
