- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with Learning and Development.
- Experience with Learning Design.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with technical and professional development adult education in a mission critical environment/business.
- Experience working with Data Center or Server Operations.
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings to a broad set of stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
