Tech Digital Marketing Leader (Americas Consulting)
Employing a digital-first mindset, you’ll have the opportunity todevelop and set the direction for the Tech buyer marketing programs aligned to the Consulting practice’s strategic goals and revenue plan.Working closely with content partners, you’ll develop insights that challenge thinking with greater focus on business implications, driving lead-gen activity and maximizing impact. You’ll work agilely with enabling teams to codevelop and coordinate go-to-market programs aligned around key audience issues and themes and leverage clear, data-based metrics to optimize audience reach.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a digital first, demand generation team to plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs for Tech buyers, relying on a strong understanding of the sales funnel content strategy including thought leadership
- Ensure campaigns are being developed aligned to business goals for key buyer personas
- Create innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage of the funnel
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows.
- Work collaboratively with content strategy team to develop high impact assets and optimize SEO/SEM, ABM, social and PPC strategies
- Collaborate with other service lines and sectors across the Americas to build integrated campaigns
- Measure, analyze and report campaign performance
- Oversee one or more direct reports including project management and reporting
- Proactively engage appropriate BMC specialty groups to help complete program deliverables. This includes internal and external communications, video, thought leadership, branding, digital marketing, and more
- Adhere to EY independence, procurement, branding, invoicing policies and guidelines
- Ability to project manage complex programs and drive relationship building efforts

- Proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing and ability to drive the build of engaging content behind strategic initiatives
- Create measurable impact through providing exceptional client service, act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for project management
- Ability to project manage complex programs and drive relationship building efforts at all levels, internally and externally
- Manage relationships with external agencies, effectively articulating business needs and KPIs to brief and engage outside vendors
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Google Analytics/Ads) to target buyers, benchmark campaigns and track ROI)
- Ability to work autonomously when necessary in a virtual work environment, while leading a team that is geographically dispersed
What we look for in a candidate
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing; experience marketing to CIO and tech buyers is preferred
- Product Marketing knowledge a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA desired
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening, interpretation and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills, team building and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences
- Poise and confidence to professionally interact with various levels of leadership
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $98,100 to $178,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117,700 to $202,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
