Description
Engaging in daily operations, monitor key performance indicators, and optimize processes to achieve efficiency and quality.Identifying areas for improvement in operations and client management and recommend changes.Coordinating cross-functionally with other services lines (i.e. Projects, EH&S, and Security) to develop end-to-end formal processes. Preparing reports and analysis on operational policies and procedures with a focus on SLA adherence.Assisting in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.Establishing dashboards to monitor and track SLA’s.Managing internal and external relationships in support of programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best in class service
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written business communications skills
  • Solid understanding in the use of computer tools such as productivity software, e-mail, and databases
  • Pro-active self-starter, analytical, and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong work either with uncompromising integrity.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $77,200 and $116,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
