Within EY FAAS practice, the Finance Transformation Experts team build and develop client relationship with our regional stakeholders. We are part of an integrated global network of professionals who develop, design and optimise client service business processes for efficiency and high performance. We leverage and improve various frameworks, methodologies, solutions specific to our offerings and articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes.

Digital Finance & Process Transformation Manager
Qualification Requirement
CA, MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background, CWA, CMA, CFA
Technical, Delivery & Subject Matter Areas
Provide Subject matter expertise & lead delivery teams in in Record to report process areas like manual journal entries automation, accrual engine design & implementation, revenue recognition design & implementation, financial close & consolidation process
- Provide subject matter expertise & lead delivery teams in invoice to pay areas like invoice processing automation, payables optimization, payables accounting, payables control & reporting.
- Lead Implementation team in business requirement gathering, blueprinting & functional design and Implementation of ERP like SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics and digital finance tools like Blackline, High Radius, Lucanet, Hypatos , Different RPA Software etc in any ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics 365)
- Lead delivery teams or workstream in large projects for a one or more solution areas.
- Own specialization area and be accountable for its financial and non-financial growth.
Lead pursuit teams to understand client problem statements & formulate that in solutions
- Lead developing client specific solutions for the engagement team
- Lead proposal building or lead proposal teams
- Lead collaboration with market teams to develop relationship to secure more business for EY
- Collaborate cross service lines to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Lead development of internal capability development and lead training sessions to coach internal teams to develop capability
- Lead operational initiatives within the practice areas.
People Management Areas
- Directly manage team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas.
- Develop people through coaching, motivation & guided training
- Develop career path & have career conversations with seniors to keep them engaged.
Subject Matter & Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Deep knowledge in Record to report, invoice to pay and Order to cash areas
- Certification and/or sound experience based knowledge in ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance
- Certification and/or sound experience based knowledge in digital finance solutions like Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, Different RPA solutions
- Knowledge about AI/ML/Gen-AI & Analytics solution in finance space.
- Knowledge of consolidation, reporting, inter-company and ERP data structures
- Have experience in current state analysis (As is), future state analysis (To be), process optimization, data optimization, data analytics, data management.

Experience Requirement & Profile
- 10-15 Years of relevant consulting experience (not Industry user experience)
- Experience of working with international clients preferred
- Experience with previous multinational consulting firms or Big4 firms
