Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
5 years of experience directly managing a HR team.
Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, with effective communication skills and an understanding on how to communicate large complex change.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
