Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Proven record of 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Inmails, creating projects on linkedIn; Social media recruiting, Google X_Ray Search, Well versed with Portals searches, etc.)
Experience of Headhunting the relevant candidates and mapping the organization structures.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Post graduation degree in human resources or relevant field.

Experience: 3-5 years
