Key job responsibilities
1. Lead Frontend Development: Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
2. Establish Frontend Architecture: Drive the development of reusable and modular UI components, adhering to best practices and design systems.
3. Performance and Quality Excellence: Ensure optimal performance by implementing efficient rendering techniques, code splitting, and other performance optimizations for speed, scalability and cross-browser compatibility. Contribute to establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for the frontend codebase through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
4. Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences. Share knowledge across the organization through tech talks and mentoring other frontend developers.
- 4+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 5+ years of front-end developer creating prototypes or wire-frames for enterprise web applications or workflows experience
- Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS, AngularJS, Vue)
- Knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST
- Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.
