Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Understand and analyze pricing setups and be the point of contact to recommend process improvement opportunities or P&L impacts
Lead pricing setup processes for clients in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders while following policies and procedures.
Define and champion business cases, value propositions and product requirements for new concepts to solve emerging client needs
Drive the product agenda and ensure key client needs are prioritized
Collaborate with Sales on commercializing Cross Currency Payments Solutions
Engage Sales to understand client needs and validate product concepts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
4+ years of relevant experience in banking
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders
Curiosity to dig into data to identify root cause and efficiency opportunities
Creative problem solver
Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics
