- Manage cross-functional production launch activities and support pre-production builds
- Plan, execute and evaluate production line trials and critical validation builds.
- Provide updates for weekly program reviews and implementation status.
- Analyze complex problems from the shopfloor, transfer and visualize them in Jira, Confluence, Power Point, Excel and guide in a systematic problem-solving process.
- Assist, check and ensure correct Bill of Material
- Working towards a BS, MS, or advanced degree in engineering, industrial engineering or other related fields.
- Creative, out of the box thinking, hands on mentality paired with an analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Interest and commitment in shopfloor and manufacturing related topics.
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions in a structured manner.
- Key understanding of manufacturing productivity KPIs.
- Fluency in English, German would be a big plus.
- Ability to work in a team as well as in an organized and independent manner.
