Responsibilities

  • Resolve Reg-E Cardholder POS adjustments that failed to post systemically. Reg-E Claims made by Citi Clients on non-Citi ATMs; as well as non-Citi Clients using Citi ATM terminals from the Citishare daily package
  • Resolve the failed Point of Sale (“POS”) and mis-dispensed ATM transaction
  • Investigate and resolve the claims that are received for failed ATM transactions
  • Investigate and take decision to honor or deny based on first monthly withdrawal proof performed by the branch after the transaction date.
  • Good understanding on PEGA items and all Debit Card financial activity is posted to the appropriate GL accounts
  • Processing settlements, pulling supporting documentation, processing financials and tracking
  • Downloading reports for daily settlement preparation and preparing financials for chargebacks


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process
  • Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solve capabilities
  • Ability to work occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing
  • Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, Continuity of Business (CoB) testing, and creating and resolving Trust Receipts (TR’s)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and mathematical knowledge
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
