About the role
innovating onResponsibilities include:
a clear content design vision for ourPayPal and Venmo apps(including how their voices differ)
Developing andmaintainingcontent design principles and standards to guide
Informing research toidentifypain points, opportunities, and key user needs.
Setting clear expectations and performance goals.
Providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to yourteam, andcontributing to their professional growth.
Coordinating with Brand, Marketing, and Operations to create a consistent end-to-end experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing content designers, UX writers, digital content producers,or similar.
Experience working on digital consumer products with a mobile focus.
Strong understanding of experience design principles, accessibility guidelines, and information architecture.
Experience driving content standards and systems.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-moving product landscape.
Experience working in financial servicesand/orpayments
Experience with FigmaandGen AIare a plus.
