- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business or Project Management, Engineering, Economics, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience applying cost management principles such as budget, schedule, scope, risk management, or other related topics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Cost Certified Professional (CCP).
- Experience in large-scale project management combined with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Solid prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
