Key job responsibilities
• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.• Lead technical pre-sales conversations with AWS customers. Help them define cloud operating models that leverage AWS services and align to AWS operational and security best practices.• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, AWS re:Inforce, etc.• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.Seattle, WA, USA

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 2+ years of technical experiences in cloud operations, cloud governance, or managed services.
