- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry, managing multiple projects.
- 15 years of experience with data center equipment/environments including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems.
- Experience managing managers, developing teams, multi-group and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience with start up/commissioning processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the region to various data center project locations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering.
- Experience in and owner role managing and delivering facility design and construction.
- Ability to translate ideas and capabilities into initiatives that exceed customer expectations.
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
