Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.
Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in German with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building conversational applications with Google Dialogflow or similar products/tools.
Experience building applications powered by Large Language Models.
Experience in technical consulting.
Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies.
Understanding of contact center technologies and platforms (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.).
Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
