Job Description
As a Strategic Solution Engineer for Channels & Offerings you will be the primary technical advisor for our (OSP) partners in the UK and Ireland. Unlike traditional SE roles focused on end-customers, you will work with our OSP partners (who are Salesforce customers in this model) to help them design, build, and demonstrate compelling offerings underpinned by Salesforce.
You will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and understanding of channel/outsourcing models to enable our partners to create differentiated, value-added solutions to solve the challenges our customers have today and tomorrow.

Required Experience/Skills
* At least 5 years experience of Salesforce platform
* Proven track record of successful partner engagement / channel sales or partner collaboration in enterprise accounts / big deals.
* Experience with AI (Generative / Agentic)
* Knowledgable of BPO or Managed Services in a Professional Services, Sales or Pre Sales capacity.
* Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
* Willing and able to travel occasionally
