You will be a senior leader on the product team responsible for foundational products like the NeMo Agent toolkit and the AI-Q Blueprint.

What you'll be doing:

  • AI is applied by various teams at NVIDIA to tackle intricate business and engineering challenges on a large scale. You will collaborate across functions to uncover new AI solutions developed internally at NVIDIA and adapt them into enterprise offerings for customers.

  • This is a deeply technical role. Part of every day should be spent keeping pace with technology changes. Everyone has a different learning style. Whether its rapid prototyping, talking to experts, or hands-on-keyboard development and test, we will support your self-directed learning.

  • Our goal is for you to gain recognition as a leading figure in the AI agent field, both within NVIDIA and externally! This can be accomplished through publishing content, conducting presentations, and engaging with software communities.

  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, software ecosystem partners, and the broader open-source agent community to outline shared initiatives. We consider customer feedback crucial for prioritizing features and assessing creative tradeoffs.

  • Clear communication is the essence of leadership. As a product leader, you will author requirements documents that project a desired future state. Then, you will work with engineering and program management to develop product roadmaps for delivering new features.

  • Finally, a product manager makes decisions. You will make informed product decisions based on experience, research, and intuition.

What we need to see:

  • Experience with generative AI technologies and approaches including training, inference, customization, and evaluation.

  • Proficient knowledge of the AI agent landscape, encompassing open-source frameworks, agent structures, and ISV offerings.

  • Familiarity with LLM agents, tool calling, APIs, and output schema.

  • Experience with LLM and RAG optimization techniques such as model fine-tuning, retrieval re-ranking, query expansion, prompt engineering, etc.

  • Familiarity with the concerns of developers deploying production software: security, identity, telemetry, data governance.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ overall years of combined experience in software development, ML ops, and/or technical product management.

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping software, hardware, or platform infrastructure solutions for enterprises.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on experience architecting multi-step, tool-using LLM agents to automate complex research workflows, including data interrogation, hypothesis validation, and evidence synthesis from diverse sources.

  • Evidence of recent research publications and/or contributions to open-source agent frameworks.

  • Ability to reduce complexity to simplicity, especially when explaining agentic workflows.

  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies, particularly NeMo, NIM, or Triton Inference Server.
