Your key responsibilities

Everything you will do will come back to providing top-level legal services for our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you will be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex legal issues. To qualify for the role you must have

• 2-3 years of work experience, preferably with the Regulatory Authority for Energy or a law firm with a focus on energy and corporate law or as inhouse legal counsel in the energy industry.
• Familiarity with transactional and/or advisory work in energy law (e.g. energy regulatory law, renewable energy law, electricity and natural gas , fuels and infrastructure). Good understanding of corporate law.
• Experience in energy project development and financing and/or environmental and sustainability law, is highly desirable.
• Qualification as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
• Strong academic record and a Greek university degree in Law. An LL.M. in energy or environmental law will be considered an asset.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. Keenness for legal research in these languages.
• A willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for development in a non-traditional legal services environment.
• Self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations.
• Substantial MS-Office knowledge.
