employee to be based in:
- Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.
- Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.
- Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.
- Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders.
- Arrange for parts orders cancellations.
- Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality.
- Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.
- System maintenance of drop point addresses.
- Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.
- Data reporting (KPI’s, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.
