Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicingand repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will providetechnical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers andcompetitors. You will achieve revision and correction of workinstructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installationspecialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processesrelated to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functionalgroups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery andinstallation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for FieldService Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of database and human interface of DCS/PLC/ESD/MES systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Configure server/workstation and communication networks of Microsoft Windows System
• Execute site activities including Factory Assembly Test, Site Acceptance Test and Startup Commission of DCS/PLC/ESD/MES systems
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC/ESD/MES system
• Conduct training session of DCS/PLC/ESD for customers

YOU MUST HAVE

• Electrical, Building Service Engineering or related is required
• Windows Networking experiences
• Knowledge on PLC programming, BMS, Database (SQL/ Oracle)
• Process knowledge background
