Key job responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Design and lead national wide partnership programs to scale our partnership and influence in regions.3) Advocate on behalf of China Seller needs, leverage insights from market trends, local nuances, quantitative/qualitative analysis to design partner program, to influence regional policy making.
6) Track and report process integration performance using appropriate metrics, achieve productivity and pre-aligned goals.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proved record of building marketing strategy and programs, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
- Capability to move easily between generating big, strategic ideas, and driving hands-on process improvement along with team.
- Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines in dynamic business environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, MBA would be a plus.
