Customer Planning & Service:

  • Develop and execute high quality customer service plans
  • Monitor customer inventory and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate and influence logistics and Global Operations to ensure timely order delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address corporate and retail customer issues, launches and adoption
  • Ensure priorities are established and communicated with the supply chain team in the development and implementation of high-quality product forecasts using market data and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with supply chain to establish healthy inventory levels and assist in resolving product write-offs, excess and supply chain issues
  • Provide timely business intelligence and recommendations for sales opportunities and product supply
  • Develop allocation plans to balance inventory and demand
  • Lead quarterly and yearly strategy execution

Salesforce Effectiveness:

  • Prepare and review sales team forecasts and collaborate with relevant teams to create sales budgets
  • Define product performance / territory reports and monitor results against strategic KPIs
  • Deliver key sales information to stakeholders
  • Develop, implement and monitor salesforce effectiveness programs and tools in collaboration with the sales leadership team
  • Develop training programs and train Generics sales representatives on customer sales and profitability tools
  • Analyze product profitability and recommend effective product mixes for all territories
  • Develop, maintain and implement customer and product segmentation tools to drive and incentivize profitable growth
Your experience and qualifications
  • Strong ability to lead a dynamic team and manage employees (ideally 5+ years of proven leadership experience)
  • 8+ years in commercial operations, focusing on sales support, supply, demand planning, customer service and/or market data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of business analytics in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in generic pharmaceuticals is preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems and influence others
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to convert strategy into operational plans
  • French is an asset
  • Travel Requirements: 10-15%
