Key responsibilities of the role:
- Ability to collect and utilize relevant business and industry information, and to assess this information effectively by applying strategic and commercial evaluation techniques.
- Understanding key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
- Ability to plan, deliver, structure, write and present work against tight deadlines;
- Share your technical and other knowledge with your team.
- Take responsibility for own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback.
- Be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels in EY and with clients.
- Be a true business advisor to the client and establish yourself as a key client contact.
To qualify for the role you must have the following:
- Strong academic record, preferably relating to Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills that will enable you to understand and analyse large volumes of data.
- Critical thinking and ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
- Effective time management, able to keep calm when under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong people skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with thirst for learning, team player and excellent communicator.
It will be considered an advantage if you:
- Are a graduate from an MBA degree from a top-tier university.
- Have experience in a similar strategy consulting firm, or strategy department.
- Have solid internal and external business development acumen.
