What you`ll do
As a member of the team, you will support the development of easy-to-use applications and tools improving the software lifecycle of ABAP-based add-on products in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.
As an ABAP (Junior) Developer (f/m/d) for Software Maintenance and Delivery Tools, you will be part of a great development team inside Cloud & Lifecycle Management.
You will contribute to the full software lifecycle: Specification, design and implementation, test and operation of our developments.
You will discuss and align requirements with our product stakeholders / customers and optimize our existing solutions to increase user experience, supportability, robustness and simplicity.
What you bring
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or other related fields
- Programming experience in ABAP and preferably one other programming language
- Proven expertise in object-oriented software development and agile methodology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to learn and understand complex systems
It would be great if you already have some knowledge about cloud development and support processes or experience with software change processes.
