You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out ofour location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers'facilities by providing exceptional technical support and service. You will beresponsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining automation systems,conducting system diagnostics, and resolving technical issues. Additionally,you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successfulimplementation of our solutions and provide training to customers and fieldservice engineers. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for automation systems

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering, with afocus on automation systems
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automation technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering orrelated field
• Industry-recognized certifications in automation systems
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
