As an Associate/Vice President in our Equity Warrant Trading team, you will collaborate with senior traders to make markets for a range of listed products in Asian exchanges. You will assist in managing risk, liquidity, and exposure, and support all aspects of the trading desk, including trade and P&L analytics, algorithms/strategies development, and system enhancements. Additionally, you will analyze market dynamics to improve the efficiency of risk management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and program strategies to enhance our market making system
- Partner with the Technology/Quant research team to enhance and automate existing tools and systems.
- Coordinate with control functions to ensure proper controls are in place.
- Engage in team meetings and business management to drive and deliver results.
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, firm-wide risk framework, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to effectively market make, and risk manage the portfolio.
- Work closely with the Sales team to drive the business forward.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in equity derivatives trading.
- Strong awareness of market structure changes and the impact of regulation.
- Proficient in Python and C++ programming languages.
- Extensive knowledge in data science.
- Experience working collaboratively in highly productive teams.
- High degree of numeracy.
- Strong communication skills, especially around complicated concepts.
- Works thoughtfully and logically.
- Strong and clear communicator.
- Motivated to learn and proactively seeks responsibility.

- Advanced degree in quantitative subjects like Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.
