- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
- 5 years of experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
- Experience working within design operations and software product development organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience with AI feature development, model training, framework and design systems, content design, and branding.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Track record of successfully managing complex programs with global teams.
