Responsibilities:
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
- Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
- Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant Field Sales experience preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Influencing and relationship management skills
- Exhibit the ability to identify and recognize customer needs
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent

El Asesor Previsional es un puesto responsable de dar asesoría de manera integral a sus clientes y ofrecerles alternativas de acuerdo con sus necesidades, debe cumplir con los objetivos de asesoría de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicación asignados en coordinación con el equipo de asesores al consumidor más amplio.
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar servicio a las cuentas existentes y establecer nuevas cuentas en la ubicación geográfica designada.
- Mantener acercamiento de manera proactiva con los clientes a fin de identificar sus necesidades.
- Proporcionar asesoría e información sobre el producto Afore.
- Dar cumplimiento a los objetivos del Negocio.
Requisitos deseables:
- Licenciatura concluida o trunca en area económico administrativas.
- Experiencia en promoción y venta consultiva, deseable en productos financieros y/o afore.
