Software Tester

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals working for international clients. By cooperating closely with software designers, developers, testers and other specialists you will be able to develop your technical software testing skills and build a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaboration with team members, testing and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 2 year experience in software testing
• Experience with defining test scenarios, test cases and test data preparation
• Experience with SQL and Integration Testing
• Experience with test management tools management (Jira / Azure DevOps)
• Good knowledge of different project approaches (e.g. Agile, sequential)
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with self-organizing daily workload and reporting it to the team
• English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world (B2+)
• A consulting mindset focused on solving client problems by providing expert advice, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships through results-driven approach
• Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in Financial and/or Insurance industries
• German and/or French language skills
• ISTQB certificate(s)
