Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in risk intelligence, threat analysis, business intelligence/analysis, competitive/market intelligence/analysis, and crisis management.
- Experience managing and leading teams and projects in global teams, and experience with compliance and risk methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex, international environments, managing remote teams, and with global operations in multiple countries/cultures.
- Experience implementing strategic change and initiatives, and bringing creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.
- Ability to influence peers and senior leaders.
- Exceptional strategy and leadership skills to prioritize evolving initiatives, and translate ideas and capabilities into initiatives that exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical and risk management skills to synthesize complex, diverse data, and balance operational and safety needs with Google’s business and cultural goals.
