1. Handle complex transactions
2. Quality check
3. Query & exception management
4. New Joiner Trainings
5. Buddy assistance/ floor support
6. Prepare EOD reports

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

1. 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations
2. Good understanding of Loan Documents and loan amortization schedules, interest calculations
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders
